The oldest synagogue in the United States, is a national symbol of religious freedom and diversity.  New members are welcome.  Members and visitors, regardless of religious practice, are encouraged to participate in a traditional service much as our Orthodox founders did.  We aim to engage children and adults in meaningful and enjoyable dialogue and prayer through participatory religious services and programs, and flexibly scheduled Hebrew training and educational classes.  Services are held every Shabbat Friday evening and Saturday morning, year round.  Daily services during the summer months.
